At The smockworks each dress is custom made to order, which takes up to 10 days. If you would like to order something for a specific date then please let us know, so we can ensure we can make it in time for you.
Your item will be sent by a tracked delivery method and we will inform you once it has been sent. Please allow 2 working days for delivery. We offer free delivery on all UK orders.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we make every effort to ensure our product photography gives a true representation of the fit and style. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the item in question.
Items must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all original swing tags attached. Original packaging should be returned with the product. If you need to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns form.
Please note, postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility. It is recommended that garments are returned by recorded delivery, as customers are liable for the loss of returned garments.
If you would like to exchange an item, as each dress is made to order, there will be up to 10 days wait to receive your replacement. A second delivery will be charged.
Payment can be made with a credit or debit card securely using Stripe Payment System.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. The Smockworks does not hold any credit card information; we take only customer name, email address, and delivery address. This helps with monitoring and keeping customers updated about the progress of orders.
